I’ve been with MTN for over 3 years and they continue to disappoint me. I did my contract application via the call centre, I only got my device delivered after 24 days! I was sent the wrong device, i have mailed their customer service and complaints department countless times and I have had no response. I call customer care and I keep getting passed around to different departments. The cherry on top is that my contract is 7 blank pages, so I don’t know what I’ve signed up for! I’m always being given the run around with MTN
