Keyboard replaced making warranty null and void
I sent my BlackBerry Q10 in for repair as the audio was not working on the phone. The phone had never been out of my possession until I took it in to MTN Somerset Mall. This is where the phone was purchased from on contract. I was told it would be a warranty claim. The service centre called me to tell me that the keyboard was generic and therefore the warranty was null and void. The phone was either sold to me like that, or the keyboard swapped out by MTN staff! I want my phone repaired under warranty and returned to me with an apology! I have tried to deal with MTN directly, but to no avail.
