Kept On Hold For 4 Hours by MTN

Thembeka put me on hold from 12:00. I confirm it with Thobeka and Mohlake at about 12:30 using other phone ( ********** 740) while on hold with ********** 066. Even now at 3:40 I have been on hold listing to MTN music. I will give up at 4:00. I will be kept on hold for 4 hours. From Jack Kabini
