Good day Nadia,
Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
Kindly be advised that the self service recurring data bundles were initiated via the USSD self-service *141*5# option 3 - Manage bundles. Please note that the recurring bundles have since been cancelled. Please note that we do not credit for these data bundles as they were purchased via the Self Service USSD code.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards,
Peggy

I would like to reitterate the fact is that even although MTN have advised that the recurring bundles have been cancelled, they still are coming off my bank account.
The frustrating part is that I have already phoned in to the customer care line, and waste my time as I get passed from one person to another with no resolution to this issue.
I also get no benifit out of what I am paying as even although I am paying, I do not recieve them. So i must sumise that they have been cancelled, however, only from me receiving them and not from me pa ying for them.
So plese I would like a resolution to this issue today. It would also be advisable for MTN to call me now, to show that they have at least some interest in keeping their clients content.
