KEEPS DEBITING FOR CANCELLED CONTRACT

I had a data contract with MTN (number: ********** ) which I cancelled due to their shocking service. I sent my first cancellation e-mail on 13th Feb. 2017 and these were followed by e-mails on 9th March (2 e-mails), 23rd March, 24th March, 17th April, 1st May.
They ignore my e-mails and ask me to phone in my cancellation. The number they give is one of those "Your call is important to us. You are 17th in the queue"-type of numbers. Not having an MTN phone, means that I have to pay for that call – WHICH I REFUSE. I REPEATEDLY ask for an e-mail address where I could send my cancellation but ALL THESE REQUESTS WERE IGNORED.

MTN debited my bank account on 1st May for the cancelled contract. A transaction I reversed and informed them of asking that they CANCEL the contract. Now on 1st June, they debited me for TWO months.

I am now warning MTN, on this public forum: If the amount of R261.40 is not credited to my account by Monday morning 09:00, I shall again ask my bank to reverse it. If MTN has the audacity to debit me again, I shall lay a charge of ***** against them.

As soon as the amount shows on my bank statement, I shall change this to a compliment.
