keep on suspending accout
Now I must pay the arrears for my phone account before it can go over to debit order. firstly how do I know how much I must pay??? YOU SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT ****ED UP MY ACCOUNT!!! I GET MY INVOICE VIA SMS.!!! HOW MANY TIMES DID I TRY TO CHANGE IT OVER TO DEBIT ORDER WHILE IT WAS UP TO DATE AND IT STILL DIDNT HAPPEN.!!! Rest assured I will be contacting the ombudsman on Monday plus I will be going to the news papers on Monday and Carte blanche. can you believe it I was told to get a alternative number so you guys can contact me because of my suspended account. IT STILL DIDNT HAPPEN!!! seems to me the buck keeps on getting passed on. HER IS MY NR AGIAN ***. GET A ****ING MANAGER TO PHONE ME I AM SICK AND TIRED NOW OF THIS ****!!!
