Keep away from MTN
Not even a customer yet and already wasting my time. App**** for a device 2 weeks ao. Picked it up instore and the sim is still not activated, despite calling every department possible multiple times. Really disappointing
Was told it'd work within 24 hours max of picking it up

Every department says "we can't help you please go back to the *********** store that you went to".
Even the complaints team has no power apparently.
