KEDEBONE from MTN is a bad consultant

I am extremely disappointed and never ever will use an MTN sim card or phone again, be warned... I bought my daughter a phone which took 2 sim cards both sim cards in her phone were MTN she had had that phone for almost 3years and yesterday her phone was ****** at school. I called MTN and spoke to KEDEBONE (RUDE AS HELL) Kedebone is very sarcastic and not helpful at all. I wanted to block the phone and the 2sim cards she was more focused on telling me sim cards are not blocked they are deactivated instead of assisting. She went on to tell me she cant block the phone cause I need the IMEI number without the box MTN doesn't block that phone, how crazy and how stupid is that so if i have a phone for 10years and i lose it i mist have a box for a 10year old phone??? Make that make sense please. I than called Vodacom to block another phone they were able to pick up the IMEI number with the cellphone number now that is service ... Kedebone should have been a nurse and work for a public clinic she is the worst consultant for MTN cause we pay for that service
