*** service cant even cancel a contract

worst network ever will be cancelling al my contracts and moving to another network my data contract was cancelled on 01 December 2020 Ref *** on 15 January 2021 my services was suspended on my cell contract without any prior notification got hold of a service champion if you can cal them that and was told that my data contract was not closed hence the reason for the suspension was told to phone the retention department and find out why it was not cancelled after holding on for one hour got through and got my services on 22 January 2021 my services was gut again have no idea what they are doing but cant go on like this called again and got through to a Nancy from retention department was promised that everything is done and my service will be reinstated this was not done and im still without network ***
