*** SERVICE !!!!!!

Very Very Poor SERVICE !!!

As a loyal customer i expect service that would match how I pay my account on time every month

I walked into your Store in Canal walk requesting a SIM SWOP. I was informed that SIM SWOPS does not get processed after 6pm. I accepted this and paid for my sim swop even though it was not processed.

I was Given a document to sign and payed - being told that it will be processed the next day which was Saturday.

It is now Tuesday and still nothing is active. I called the contact centre who informed me that nothing was processed on my number.

There is also no way I can contact the store as all numbers provided on the Internet is not answered.

Store - MTN Canal walk inside the mall on the Ground floor. Person who assisted me - Aakifah Peters *** SERVICE !!!!!
