i have never ever thought that the mtn call center would turn out to be the same as the stores they are loosing there touch with their services and i am really disappointed as i tried doing and upgrade and its taking me now two weeks just to get it finalized i spoke to three different consultants thandeka ,granny & Naydeen and still the matter is not resolved messages are left for the consultants to call me back and they never do why is it that i have to call in to make sure that the contract is upgraded if this matter is not resolved by tomorrow by mtn i will cancel and go somewhere else as this is very very disappointing poor service even calling the call center a person waits so long to speak to an agent i don't think its right *** service.......
