<p>I have a problem with MTN provider, when ever I load airtime it disappear without me using it,I called their customers care line to explain my problem and they gave me the moat lousiest excuse you can find in the book, that its bcuz am a smart phone, I mean I have been using the simcard quite a while now with different phones and its still disappear without any valid reason, MTN is such an irrisppnsible network that rips people their money and have a lousy excuse as an answe.</p>

We have accessed the billing the records for the mobile number 071****854, the airtime is depleted accordingly depending on the transaction. When the data bundles are depleted, the transaction for an active data session depletes from the airtime.
