Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane -poor service MTN customer care

So i was promised by Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane that he will upgrade my Renewal date from April to March as i currently am with out a phone, so i was pleased with this gesture , but when i go to the store yesterday , MTN says i can only upgrade in March, this is absolutely pathetic , MTN promise you something , but then don't deliver, all personal with MTN contracts should consider a move to Vodacom, as i am .MTN are a bunch of ***** , that will say something just to please you , but always fail to deliver.MTN needs to catch a wake up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
