I delayed to write this review but now... I can't take it anymore seriously... I have been using MTN since forever, the network is best... Until last week... I am so annoyed and disappointed with the current service I have received trying to get home router contract. I did the application and the lady that helped me 1st said she will call back and read me the terms and conditions.. that was the last I heard from her.. tried calling several times until I opted for mont to month contract.. I finally order the router and received it after 2 days... Since Friday.. I have been waiting for the router to work.. am sure I have had more than 15 interactions with the service agents, they have telling me the are registering the SIM or router for network...but even today still nothing.. now they are telling me the SIM they gave me it's not Rica 'd... I have been trying to Rica the SIM card several times on the app.. nothing.. I just spoke to service champion.. now they telling me to go to the nearest MtN shop.. why should I do all this run around. I have already went to a flesh outlet yesterday, they can't Rica the SIM, the ****** SIM is giving an error message. I don't understand why didn't they Rica the SIM before they gave to me.. and all these 5days I have paid for the internet, who is going to refund me . Because I now have to buy more and more data on my cellphone because for some reason they are playing me .. it's of 72 hours.. but nothing is happened. I am Very very disappointed... I expect better from MtN 🤬😡🤬🫤🫤🤬🤬
