Absolutely appalled by MTN how they handle their clients ! I canceled my contract around end of November and still struggling to close the account. This week they deducted R1500,00 of my bank account after they phoned me in January and said that your account is close and don't need to worried about us any more. The call center agent cant help me at all because they cant phone out or call a manger to help them. (You also can hear they still working from home, kids screaming in the back and a kettle boiling) If you give them a ref nm / ticket nm. they cant pick it up or system is down ! At this point I really don't know what to do with MTN any more.
