Just want to pay my contract.

I have a cell phone contract with MTN, debit orders were going off fine until Nov/Dec. since then I have been battling to pay you. You stopped my debit orders and not assisting me to pay what I owe. I have emailed back and forth, honestly your customer service is atrocious. Please assist me. I just want to pay my bill. Because of this it’s affecting my credit record.
