Just run the other way. MTN is going to make your life VERY difficult.

MTN has a talent for frustrating and infuriating me. I'm surprised it hasn't been run into the ground and I have no idea how they are still up and running.

I have logged so many complaints and contacted them countless times about paying for a service yet not getting any internet for MONTHS. When I contacted them about a breach of contract, they just ignored all kinds of communication attempts.

I have now cancelled my contract yet am still being billed for it. Don't even waste your time trying to get a refund. Put in a stop order for your debit order and keep proof that you have canceled your contract. Otherwise, they will continue to rob you until they eventually close their doors.
