just please tel whoever is responsible to send me apayed up letter and update my credit profile. cancel your contract that you say ihave with you. thts all.

iam so dissapointed in mtn, its really stressing that one can have their life disturbed because of these companies, imn my contract ended in december 2022,they requested i pay 127 cancelation fee wht wht, idid that, todsy my credit profile is affected because i owe them 139,of which didnt knw about it, fine i pay the 139the intitution whre iam applying for help from requires a letter confirming that i have payed the outstanding amount, you dont want to knw the harrasment ihave been subjected to from mtn, its me texting them on their social media platforms, phoning them, emailing them still no response.. and whe you chat to their consultant shem you will feel them, you can speak to 5 different people telling them the same story you will receive different answers.. its a struggle. iknw i once had a very bad experience with then in 2013 it ended here but i gave them a benefit of doubt kanti ishot myself in the foot, today an opportunity that can save me a 1000 of rands can pass me because of MTN.. apparently i even have another contract that i took in 2018 with them idnt even knw the number ihave been begging them to cancel it no one is saying anything...
