My wife me a Honor 9XC cellphone at MTN WESTGATE MALL CAPE TOWN a few months ago phone was on promotion if you buy the phone you get a Honor watch and earpods when purchasing the phone we dealt with a sales lady with the of Portia and believe you me up until today we never received the watch and earpods we did everything they asked us to do to follow the link and to approve the items with our delivery address we have never received it we went to the store several times we spoke to the manager and the sales lady we messaged her we called her and everytime we must here the Rep for honor is in the mall just on lunch but the minute he comes we will let you know and like I said up until today nothing happened they are truly *********** and it's a disgrace
