Just lost a new customer

I wish I could give less stars. I am potentially a new customer. My wife wanted to get an iPhone and mtn had the most affordable contract. After paying an early cancellation fee at vodacom of 1500 she got declined saying she did not meet the criteria. Her contract at vodacom was more than the mtn contract. I then told them this was ridiculous but to put the phone on my name. I earn more than double my wife in income and I have been declined as well. There is no way I do not qualify. This is an absolute joke and I cannot belive this is how you treat potential new customers. You should be ashamed of the service you offer
