The supervisor Precious Khumalo then told me she is the last level of escalation and her word is final no one will refund me.I asked to speak to her superiors and she then told me I can't speak to anyone but her.In that way MTN is telling me my R50 is gone and nothing can be done.the same thing happened two weeks ago and they refunded me.Precious Khumalo told me it was just a favour I was not supposed to be refunded as she kept on telling me that I am not listening throughout the call.
