Just imagine after a trauma of being hijacked, and MTN just say we can't do anything mxm

Thanks again for helping me resolved the sim swap issue with MTN. But sadly my problems are not over, on 21/01/2020 i recharged the number with R60.00 airtime. Only to receive an sms saying, Your new XtraTime balance due is R41.00 I called the call centre and asked for a manager to assist me. All he said was why didn't i put a pin number on my sim, for the sim not to be used by *****'s. And again they cant do anything about the XtraTime Balance i have to pay. And only if they blocked or did a sim swap the very first time I ask them, I will not be in this problem. All I need is my airtime back and they erase that XtraTime balance I know not off.
