Just damn rude

So my husband nd I walk into the store no1 greets not very welcoming. We speak to a cindy-lee which has the worst attitude and approach. We enquire about a cellphone we are interested in but she says before hand if u r approved with a bad attitude we don't have stock NOW! Then my husband gives her a document and she says oh no its to light I can't help I'll try nd copy it darker but it won't work!! Sorry bye.l no effort no extra mile for the customer! No alternative effort from her.

She was so rude. I will NEVER walk into another MTN STORE AGAIN. SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING WITH REGARDS TO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. THANKFULKY WENT TO CELL C SERVICE WAS GREAT!!!
