Just blocking my number for no reason

Good day I have a MTN pay as you go card with lot of airtime loaded, but now the number has been disconnected. I called MTN yesterday numerous times, just a machine talking on every option. I eventually spoke to a consultant, and she said that my number is with their ***** department, and they blocked my number. PLEASE unblock my number *** immediately. It is absurd for the ***** department to block my number for no reason.
