June/July 2015 Itemised billing

I called on the 5th August 2015 spoke to Masholadi Makgobu, reference number ***, i called again on the 7thb August 2015 spoke to Reitumetsi Mohlotsana, ref no:***, i called again on the 11August 2015 spoke to Nonela Solani ref no: ***, i called again on tyhe 17th August I spoke to Bongiwe Khoza ref no:***. all the above mentioned dates are the dates i have been requesting itemised billing for June and July 2015 and all i got was being taken from pillar to post, i havent recieved that and a lot of money was taken by mtn from my account. the itemise billing i have recieved is for August which i did not request.<br> <br> Can i please see where my money went?
