Jumping in front of a bus
Phoned HO for a business query. They do not answer their phone but immediately play the most irritating song in the history of the world. Ever. I had to listen to this horrible nonsense, (MTN, MTN Hallo, dadadadady) for 7 minutes before I finally spoke to a human (I was ready to chew through my wrists by minute four. This sounds like Bieber covering a song by One Direction whilst standing on a cat).

MTN, some advice:
-Have somebody answer before you play this horrible, horrible song. Advise if the lines are busy.
-Do not keep someone waiting for seven minutes (I PAY FOR THIS, NOT YOU).
- Employ more people. I had the same issue yesterday and earlier this morning.
-Do not make it as frustrating for people to phone you. Some might listen to this cacophony and put the phone down, but some are genuine queries.
-Change this horrible song. You most probably paid a lot of money to the artists but you were cheated. If you take the money spent and divide it by three (the 3 words in the song) you paid a few thousand per word.
