MTN customer care is not helpful, as a client you will have to hold for over 25minutes to speak to a consultant and yet not get any assistance from them.

I have been trying to cancel my contract which ended 2 months ago and was automatically subcribed into month to month contract and the amount is over double now. I have been sending cancellation request via email without any progress and I am not using their product (data) since there is no signal where I am currently residing.
