Joys of upgrading with *********** people and *********** company

MTN Phoned me about UPgrading my contract on the 4th 2020 of december it is the 14th of January 2021 I have received no feedback from MTN since.

I followed up on 14/12/2020 with MTN saying it needs approval Again on 21/12/2020 with the same BS the whole of january the person who was working with this upgrade is the only person who can approve the upgrade and it seems to me she must have died because I get 0 feed back from MTN or what ever idiot I get through to has the "old system and I don't understand"

I have had it up to my eye***** with this bull I wish I was still able to use Nashua mobile because when you did an upgrade with them you actually got your package and device a day or two later not a month or 6
