Jonathan Geduld

I've been trying to do one thing with MTN for the past couple of weeks now. MTN Claremont was borderline useless after 3 visits and MTN Waterfront tried their best and at the least provided me with a contact number to use if I experience any problems. I called in multiple times and was not able to get anywhere with my issue. Until, drum roll.....Jonathan Geduld happened. He has gone above and beyond to assist me to the best of his ability and has kept me in the loop about the progress of my issue every step of the way. My problem is still being sorted out (technical issues and stuff) and regardless of the outcome, I feel that it is imperative that I give credit where it is due. MTN is problematic in general nje, no doubt but Jonathan has managed to transcend the typical MTN service offering, exceeded my expectations by a milestone, and I sincerely appreciate his efforts. May the boss please relay my gratitude.
