Mobile telephone network (MTN) requirements for a vacancy is Grade 12 or any other degree, I wonder if the agents that work there bought their certificates or paid someone at Mtn as they are so incompetant and have no clue as to whats going, Mtns customer service is the most pathetic service that ive ever encounted hence the change over from Mtn to Cell C, Ive made numerous complaints about the attitude and disregard towards clients as I am not the only one that seems to have an Issue with Mtn, Customers should be their priority, It seems that aslong as these pathetic agents are getting a fat salary they give a damn about customer satisfaction, The reason for this out burst is because a friend of mine upgraded her handset and it was giving her issues Mtns agents have no idea where the phone is or when delivery is expected, phone has been gone in for a month and client only had her phone for just over 8 days<br>
