I have been using mtn for many years.In May 2019 I went to do a sim swap because I had one of those old sim cards and I had a new phone however the SIM card couldn't fit. In August 26 the SIM card got blocked, I phoned customer care I couldn't get help, I went to Carnival mall branch, the guy was glueless and rude as well. Eventually I went to Alberton where I was told the number has deported to Cell C, which is Cell C they required Avidavid.i gave it to them still they can't help me. I am waiting time and spending petrol to go up and down to try to fix my number. I don't understand how did my number deported from Mtn to Cell C without my concern. Their service is very poor and it shows that nothing is saver with their service. I am very disappointed the way they treat their customers. I'm very disappointed they way they run things. All I want is my number to be back active which is ***
