Jo-Ann Gombia the star of MTN South-Africa

I would like to continue on my previous remark of MTN's bad service. It took them 20 days to help me with my problem of not receiving incoming calls. Thank goodness it is resolved now. BUT it is all due to one person Jo-Ann Gombia a sales consultant in North West, who took time out of her day to communicate with me and demanded help form the Customer DONTCARE service at MTN. A competent lady by the name of Yolanda helped me. South-Africa needs more people like you.
