Jerr, can you people please be contactable!!!

According to Experian and Transunion I owe MTN R3699. I had a contract with them that I opened in October 2017 and which I cancelled some time in 2018. I don't know where this money I'm owing comes from. I tried emailing customer care without any success. I tried to call 135 but there is not option to speak to a consultant. I went to the MTN shop in Secunda and they also could not help me. The guy there suggested that I call 135 and press 0 then I will be able to speak to a consultant. I tried that it also did not work. I tried their twitter handle and they just ignored me.
