Claiming for a phone is a nightmare. Initially my claim was handled by a firebreathing judge, jury and executioner all in one. I felt i was standing trial and guilty, definately guilty. I cried. After at least half an hour of rude interrogation, miraculously, i was handed to someone else. The gentleman who took over was not only polite, but also very friendly,cheerful and understanding. I couldnt believe i was being helped by someone in south africa. My experiences with Jeethan Jaikisson, a claims administrator for MTN insurance, have been up there with the best customer related experiences ive had in South Africa. Im very impressed with the companys new policy towards their customers. Well done Jeethan and MTN.
