Jacues super efficient and FRIENDLY

Jacques was super efficient when doing my upgrade on my phone. When he said he would phone, he delivered on his promise and phoned and kept me up to date. He assisted me in assessing my communication needs and help me remove all the unwanted subscriptions and therefore saving me money. He was friendly with me and the other customers who came in while he was busy concluding my upgrade. He was knowledgeable on the products and showed a genuine interest in selecting the best contract option for me. Well Done Jaque.
