I've been ****med by MTN

I'm bit disappointed with what MTN sales agents. They called me last week, telling me that I qualify for an MTN cellphone contract and they asked me which phone do I need to apply for and I confirmed that I want IPhone 13 and the guy I spoke with assured me that my application was approved and I should receive the phone by the end of this week. He requested for us to change my MTN Sim to make it an MTN Sim card contract and he confirmed the amount that I'll be paying monthly if these are both included. He told me that the phone would be delivered and I waited for the call, until I decided to call MTN this morning where by I spoke to Amanda who told me that my application wasn't processed and it was canceled only the Sim card contract was approved and the reason it wasn't processed it was because of systr6 error. I'm bit disappointed with what they did cause they have ****eed me in some type of way, with misleading me with wrong information. I still want a complaints about this and I did ask to file for a complaints they gave the number to call to make a complaint..
