I've been experiencing horrible connection for weeks on my mtn contract data sim

I've been experiencing horrible connection for weeks on my mtn contract data sim. I've called several times and the agents reset the connection but it only works for a few minutes then no connection again. I tried calling for the 3rd time in in 2 weeks today and my call gets cut off. I feel ****** because i pay for a contract sim which no longer works
