Its taking 3 weeks so far just to get ITC number

I have been with vodacom for YEARS, 2 months ago decided to take out a contract and try out MTN what a MISTAKE! my phone was ****** 3 weeks ago and STILL waiting for a ITC number. I have been in store every 3rd day, phoning every 2nd day and no one can really explain to me why its taking so long. If I cant claim from my insurance due to the TERRIBLE service at Table Bay then I am for sure taking this further. They dont phone to updating the progress. The other option for sure is to stop the contract. Its come to the point that I have to write on this platform just to HOPEFULLY get some response and get it done.

Going back to Vodacom is a better option it seems
