Its so bad I don't know what to call this

Our account has been frozen again. We thought it was resolved the first time. We are apparently over our limit. This is because we have taken another contract. According to MTN, we have to ask to increase the limit when taking out a new contract. It's not just done. The problem is my wife works outside of the country and every number I was given by MTN cannot be dialled from outside the country so she can't call in to resolve the problem. We get through to a Chris Ebing in the Cape Town call centre who initially starts with us like he's the only person prepared to assist us. We think, we are saved. Errrr. Big mistake. He asks my wife to send an e mail giving me permission to access the account and set the limit. Apparently, she's using wrong e mail. So we ask that he call her on a local line for which she will pay for the international call or provide us with a number where we can contact him. I guess that was too much to ask as were given all sorts of talk about protection of customers and other nonsense. So, now we are stuck with no phones, can't make calls (MTN is losing money here) and I have to wait for my wife to get back from Angola so she can contact them. Shame on you MTN
