Its not what they say it is!!!!

I have been a loyal client of MTN for years and have spent many hundreds of thousands of rands with them on cell phone bills. Recently i decided to change to their unlimited SKY package after receiving higher than usual bills. The SKY Package would afforded me the opportunity to use more for less. I used their Sandton Branch to do all the application and paper work. The new package was signed for and finalized in April 2015. The package was advertised to offer me unlimited calls, sms and data for R1999.00pm. At the end of April i received a bill for R4050 which they automatically deducted from my bank account. I called in to query and was told that its merely the charge from the previous contract plus the new amount. At the end of May I got a bill for R10 000.00 which was a huge concern. I again queried it and was told MTN was on strike and would not be able to attend to the query and that i must pay the bill or face getting cut off. I was then presented with a R17 000.00 bill later in June and threatened with cutoff. Last week I pay my arrears and was told I will receive a R15000 credit and was sent proof of refund from MTN. Today I was told I need to pay more and threatened again
