ITS BEEN MORE THAN 48hrs!!!

I recently published 2 reviews about MTN on hellopeter.com, they responded to both of them saying that they will get in touch with me and gave me an email address to which I should direct my query. Its been almost an entire week, 6 days, 144 hours and still no response, not what they state in their automatic reply of a turn around time varying from 24 to 48 hours.

The account number I have is C ********** and the reference is ********** 4. I just want to know why is it taking so long to resolve my query, if you have read the other 2 reviews of MTN you would know that this is an open query dating back to MAY 2016.

PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY!
