It's been a month of no delivery and I payed already

Mtn is the worst I am so frustrated with MTN I app**** for wifi with router and payed and was told it will be delivered within 4-5 working days it's been a month everyday I call them excuses after excuses to a point that they have third party handling these contracts ccs outsourcing and mobile plus but when we sign up it's mtn wen u want to find out wats happening they refer you to all these people I really do not know wat to do with MTN I do not know whether it's a **** or what
