It`s an absolute nightmare to get anything done

On the 02/09 I made a payment of R 700.70 to cancel one of the numbers on my contract. I got told to phone on the 4/09 to confirm if payment was reflecting so cancellation could take place. I got given a reference number *** and on the (9/09) when I phoned again it seems nothing has been cancelled yet. Firstly you hold on forever for retentions and eventually when you do speak to someone they just confirm what I`ve known all along.... that its an absolute mission to get anything done at that place. I need this sorted out as a matter of urgency!
