It's a shame, if this is 1 of only 2 options we have for mobile / cellular operators in SA

We are a company that has been dealing with MTN on different levels for the past 10+ years. During this time we have had some challenges form MTN side to overcome & done so with some success. Over the past year, their service has taken a huge / giant leap backwards, so much so that we are now moving over to a different service provider. MTN provides us with 20+ solutions that costs a fortune, but yet, I can not get the product that is on offer, by MTN, on time, in the color or selection that I require. That is also not even talking about the voice / data service that is just as bad & getting worse, not better, in our area of SA. It's a shame it has come to this, but just goes to show, "he whom has the gold, makes all the rules", applies here perfectly, if you don't like it or what we do, just go somewhere else.
