MTN is not MTN anymore. Have you tried calling thier customer care line? The Service Champions, I think they are all working from home. Literally, the call got answered I'm like , Hello, Hello, Hello and, I hear a voice in the background say " some of them don't want to give up shame, just drop the phone" but in Zulu language. I was shocked so I rep**** in IsiZulu and said they need to answer the phone they can hear me and, I started shouting for attention. They laughed and dropped the line. I called again, I went to a silent call and for some time , I even started praying that whoever they were if they can hear me to help me. I called like 6 times in a matter of 1 hour NO HELP!
