It's a hell to make SIM Swap with MTN

I very been trying to make a sim swap for over a week now nothing is being done. Made an affidavit and also ID copy and submitted to the nearest store and they told me it will take 48 hours but still. At first I made it over a client service number 135 but the consultant was sooooo rude she even hanged up while I was about to ask some questions. Went to a store buy 2nd new sim card coz the other one was over due with hours but hhhhhey the old number is not activated yet. Worse part of it I've been using the number for some time now....yah ne MTN .....
