Items are not complete

I upgraded to get 2x HP laptop with mtn last week n it had to be delivered to my work place on tuesday, when the delivery guy from DSV company came he didnt bring the invoice with him the package had to be returned. Now on tuesday when he came he came with one massive box containing 2x sim card,2x moderm but 1x laptop,1x win 10, WHERE IS THE OTHERE LAPTOP AND WIN 10? I called the DSV and they said i must call mtn,but mtn is so making me ?.... I waited so long for those laptops only to find one inside.i have been with mtn for 4 years n always they are not organised. No laptop in stock yet they adv it. No one is helping me,im using up my airtime n energy calling everyone.

I called head office and they are no help to me,what must i do if im paying for two laptops and only recieved one? I want that other laptop ASAP, i am paying you guys
