Itemized Billing outstanding since the 02 Nov 2015
I activated my itemized billing on the 02 Nov 2015. I requested back dated copies from Aug 2015 until Nov 2015. MTN customer service advised me each time that they were emailing it through. I was advised my initial request was going to take 5 - 7 working days of which I waited & called them back. Thereafter I was advised it will take 48hrs & then 24hrs. Finally one of the consultants advised me that I needed to pay R18 for each month I requested which I agreed to & they advised me that I will receive my itemized billing within 24hrs. Then i called through again last week only to be referred to the billing dept on ***. Palesa from customer services advised me that she has requested the documents to be sent as an attachment to her. I called in again today & spoke to Moshaladi who told me she was going to walk across to the billing dept &get my itemized billing & email. She said i should give her 2 hours. 4 hours have past & I haven't even received a response from her either. I called in now again & spoke to another Palesa who advised me that she spoke to someone in the billing dept & she will send through shortly. Its now the 09 Dec 2015 and I still don't have it - pathetic
