Itemized Billing

For almost 3 months after numerous calls and emails still very dissapointed with MTN spoken to several consultants to date with regards to my itemized billing. With no resolution!! Been a loyal customer for more than 24 years but the service i experienced recently is dissapointing to say the least. So many other problems with the nextwork which I not willing to disclosed!!! Hope you read this message and revert back soonest.
