Itemized Billing
Account A*** - ***<br> <br> I have been requesting itemized billing for the amount of R 262,51 (PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS) charged on your invoice dated 07.11.2015 via email since 11.11.2015.<br> 6 days later I am still waiting. I have now requested same on MTN Active. What can possibly be so difficult? All I want is a print out!!! No itemized billing as requested, NO PAYMENT of R 262,51 on due date 30.11.2015.<br>

We have requested for the itemized billing, once received we will send this to you with no charge. Note if the itemized billing is not added to the account this will not reflect on MTN Active.
